We offer order forms for free at our store, but sometimes it's more convenient for you to print them yourself. In addition, you might want to put your own logo on our order form so that your customer will see you, not us, on the form if they're the ones filling it out.
These forms allow for consistency and continuity in our imaging lab. They help our lab people print your project accurately and they help the billing people charge you properly. These forms are found to be much more effective than scratch pads when you place your order.

UNITS are 8x10 prints. A unit might include (2) 5x7's, or (3) 4x6's, or (1) 5x7 and (4) wallets, for example, and each unit is an 8x10 print. They must be cut apart to get individual prints. We have eight different popular units. Before you put together your package deal for your potential customers, please call or write for a description of the eight different UNITS available. Units are also listed on the Package Print Order Form above.
